A soft, all-level practice focused on flexibility, recovery, and slowing down. Long holds, simple transitions, nothing strenuous. Good for stressed days, slow mornings, or as an evening wind-down before the walk home.
Strength, mobility, and a proper sweat through rhythmic movement. A breath-led sequence that becomes meditative once you know it — usually by the third or fourth class. Bring a towel; you'll want it.
Upper, middle, and lower body strength to support your spine and posture. Small, precise movements on the mat that build a surprising amount of strength over 50 minutes. Excellent for recovery and desk-job bodies.

Every product above works for Namasté Studios classes in the studio or live from home on Namasté Online. An onsite booking or live watch uses one class from the same shared balance. Live classes are not recorded.
Classes are capacity-limited — sixteen mats, no squeezing. Pick a class from the schedule and book; a drop-in works fine for a first visit. If a class is full, try the next one — there are three or four a day.
The door on Torvegade is open from 15 minutes before class. Early arrival gives you time to borrow a mat, find a spot, and meet your teacher. Doors close 5 minutes before it starts — just knock earlier next time, we won't let you in late.
We have mats, blocks, and straps to borrow, towels to rent, and showers with soap for after class. Bring comfortable clothes you can move in and a bottle of water. Start with Namasté Gentle if you're unsure — long holds, simple poses.
Namasté Studios is a yoga and Pilates studio at Torvegade 66 in Christianshavn — the Yoga Bible venue. We run 50-minute classes, three to four times a day, on sixteen mats. The menu is short on purpose: two yoga practices and mat Pilates, taught well, at times you can actually make.
Every class in this studio is broadcast live to Namasté Online members practising at home. We want you to know exactly how that works: a camera carries the class to online members while it happens. Depending on the view, people in the room may appear and be recognisable. Sessions are never recorded or stored. If you have questions about the setup, ask any teacher before class.
“The room comes first. The camera is a window for the people who can't be in it.”
